Community Advisory Board

Keeping the patient at the heart of everything we do

Our Community Advisory Board (CAB) plays an important role at Rare Cancers Australia, ensuring the patient experience is at the heart of everything we do.

It provides a vital platform for patients, carers and family members to apply their lived experiences and help shape RCA’s policy development, resources and projects. By bringing authentic, real-world insights, CAB members play a critical role in ensuring the perspectives of the rare cancer community are understood.

We’re currently seeking to diversify the CAB to better reflect our community, including people from a variety of cultural backgrounds, ages, genders, locations and more.
