Dr Fisher is a consultant general surgeon who has specialised in upper gastrointestinal including hepatobiliary and bariatric surgerytreatment involving removal of cancerous tissue and/or tumours and a margin of healthy tissue around it to reduce recurrence. Dr Fisher is an academic surgeon with strong basic science and translational research interests and work as VMO Surgeon at St George Public & Private Hospital in Sydney.
Dr Fisher believes that compassionately and attentively listening to what is said is the key to understanding each patient’s individual problem and the foundation for a trustworthy, honest and open relationship allowing for the best outcomes to be achieved.
