Rare Cancers Australia

Inside Rare - June 2020

Well, the winter solstice has passed, and daylight hours are on the rise. This means more time to get that recommended dose of sunlight - great for your mood and calcium levels. As clinical psychologist Bruce Schubert recommends, a cup of tea or coffee in the sun is an excellent way to do this.

To hear more of his advice and some incredible stories of advocacy, hope, and current research in the rare cancer space, head on over to Radio Rare - the podcast for the rare community.

As always, we’ll keep working hard to bring more of the content that matters to you. Let us know what you want more of or if there are issues that you want addressed; send an email to digital@rarecancers.org.au.

If you have any concerns regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) there is information and resources available at on our RCA COVID-19 Hub.

Liz Pickworth - "I really hope I achieve this dream".
